The department is responsible for providing varieties of food and beverage in appropriate quality temperature and comfortable surrounding as per the desire and order of the customer. It is the most labout intensive department. Teamwork is the essence ofa well-run food and beverage service department. This department plays a vital role to earn profit through customer satisfaction. It is divided into different sections for effective management and control and each sectionis called an outlet. each outlet is headed by an outlet manager nnd has its own operational  procedures. the food and beverage manager delegates authority and responsibilities to the outlet managers.
